| (2) | Step left into horse stance |
| Blocking punch with left knife-hand |
| (3) | Right hand, parallel to the ground, grab your right fist with your left hand |
| Step with your right foot behind the attacker's right instep | |
| Drive your right elbow into the attacker's solar plexus |
| (4) | Change hands, holding left fist into right hand |
| Twist clockwise, driving the left elbow into the attacker's kidney |
