Back Strike


Method


(1)Left hand:  upper arm straight out at shoulder,
  Parallel to the ground, with
  Forearm bent 90° perpendicular to the ground, with
  Hand in a knife hand  
Right hand:  relaxed to the side

(2)Step left into horse stance
Blocking punch with left hand

(3)Lock attacker's arm under your armpit, holding it close 
Twist around, clockwise, until back-to-back with the attacker
Put your right foot behind the attacker's leg
Drive your right elbow into the attacker's back
